Little Brothers and Sisters of the Eucharist Handbook Ecumenism The life and message of Brother Charles are an inspiration to people of widely differing backgrounds as they try to follow Jesus.  Brother Charles himself was a Roman Catholic priest and recognized by the Church to which he belonged.  However, membership of the fraternities is open to people of all denominations.  Indeed, it is a source of Joy that Christians of different traditions have been able to find a large measure of unity amongst themselves within the spiritual family of Brother Charles. While remaining faithful to those traditions, they share everything they can with each other and pray, like our Lord, that ”all may be one”.
